New for 2027: Startup Pavillion

New for the 2027 Summit in Atlanta, the Startup Pavilion offers first-time exhibitors an easy, high-impact way to participate without the cost or staffing of a full 10x10 booth.

Limited to 10 stations and reserved for organizations in their startup or early-growth phase, each turnkey pod is positioned in a high traffic exhibit hall location.

This option is for first-time exhibitors only and includes two full conference passes, power, basic electrical, and a pod ID sign. Contact the APS Exhibit and Sponsorship Manager for details and to purchase.

Booths in Zone A are located in premium positions at the entrance to the exhibit hall and surrounding the APS Village. Zone A booths can be combined into larger units as required.

Insurance disclaimer

As of April 2025, insurance coverage for exhibitor booths is now included in the cost of the booth space. Proof of this coverage will be provided directly by the insurance vendor approximately three to four weeks prior to each meeting. Accordingly, individual exhibitors are no longer required to submit separate proof of insurance to APS.
