Get started as an APS member on my.APS.org, our community hub
There are a range of benefits you can access through your My APS account, our online community hub.
You will need to log into your My APS account to access your full member benefits. If you don't have an account, you can create one.
Manage your communication preferences, including updates from Physics magazine, as well as subscribe to APS email lists relevant to your interests, including Society News and Updates, Meetings and Events, Opportunities, Science Policy, Surveys, and Giving Opportunities.
Being an APS member connects you to our 50 units, which can help you meet physicists who work in your discipline or hail from your region. You'll build compelling relationships to help you navigate the scientific community. There may be additional costs to unit membership.
APS membership includes special subscriber rates to APS journals, journal bundles, and the Physical Review Online Archive (PROLA).

Stay connected with APS publications
APS membership includes access to publications designed to keep you informed about APS activities, physics research and the global physics community. All APS members receive a free subscription to APS News. Members enrolled in the Full membership plan also receive a free subscription to Physics Today.
To manage your publication and delivery preferences, you'll need to create a My APS account, if you don't have one already. If you have an account, you can log in to your account and add subscriptions through the Physics Today and News Preferences section,
New Full plan members will receive an email from the American Institute of Physics (AIP) with information about registering for Physics Today. Current members can manage their Physics Today account and preferences through AIP’s website.

APS appreciates the generosity of our members in supporting our efforts to advance physics to benefit humanity.
If you choose to give a charitable gift to APS, you can find your donation receipt online through your My APS account. You can also receive a receipt by contacting the APS Development team.
For tax purposes and in compliance with IRS regulations, APS also sends letters of confirmation to donors who generously give $250 or more.
