APS has streamlined the process for securing exhibit and sponsorship opportunities at our events that you you can now complete your selections in a single transaction.
Credit card purchases can be completed online by logging in and affiliating with our organization, a step required for proper processing. After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email and future updates from our new Exhibitor Resource Center. Please whitelist events@expo-genie.com with your email provider to ensure you receive updates.

Step-by-step: How to find and purchase APS meeting products
Please know that your order is not complete until payment has been submitted. Please also allow up to five business days to receive a confirmation email with next steps.
If you already have an account:
View your personal snapshot and affiliation
You’ll land on your personal Snapshot (profile). Confirm your affiliation and select "Next."
Review your affiliation
If the system shows other contacts tied to that affiliation, review and update that contact list as needed, then select "Next."
See the upcoming meetings list
A pop-up will appear listing all upcoming APS meetings with products available.
Find meetings you're interested in
At the top of the list, choose “I’m ready to purchase a booth, sponsor, both, or more info.” Then scroll down, select the meeting you are interested in from the list, and select, "Next."
Select your products
Select the product(s) you would like to purchase and then select "Next."
Finalize and submit
Follow the instructions on the checkout page to finalize your order and submit payment.
If you do not have an account:
Create your account
Select the "Create Account" option at the bottom of the sign-in box.
Set up your account
Follow the prompts to set up your free account.
Enter your affiliation
Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to affiliate yourself with a company. If your company is already in the system, select it from the list. If not, enter your company information manually.
Allow the system to refresh
You may need to log out and follow the purchase link again to allow the system to refresh.
Select your meeting and complete your order
After affiliating, follow the steps in the "If you already have an account" section to select your APS meeting and complete your order.

The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is your go-to core resource center, designed to streamline your participation in the event and offer seamless access to updates, tools, and key information.
To access your new hub, whitelist events@expo-genie.com and follow instructions in the welcome email.
