The American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) Summer Meeting 2026 will unite physics educators from around the world through dynamic speakers, specialized sessions, hands-on workshops, and meaningful networking designed to advance excellence in physics education and community collaboration.

Exhibit hall stage sponsorship opportunities provide structured educator engagement in a high-visibility environment, allowing organizations to share classroom-ready approaches while connecting directly with practicing physics teachers. All sessions must emphasize instructional value, practical applications, and opportunities for educator feedback; no promotional messaging allowed.

Stage naming rights

One opportunity is available. Receive naming designation as “AAPT Innovation Stage presented by [Sponsor],” with recognition on all stage signage, your logo on holding slides between sessions, and program and mobile app stage listings. You will also receive inclusion in one pre-event promotional highlight, either an email or app feature, as well as priority selection of up to two, 25-minute sponsored stage session slots (if available), and category exclusivity at the stage level.

Up to three session slots are available across all session tiers. Insurance disclaimer

As of April 2025, insurance coverage for exhibitor booths is now included in the cost of the booth space. Proof of this coverage will be provided directly by the insurance vendor approximately three to four weeks prior to each meeting. Accordingly, individual exhibitors are no longer required to submit separate proof of insurance to APS.
