Kiera Bloore
Kiera Bloore is George Washington University's deputy Title IX coordinator. In this role, Kiera manages internal and external investigators who facilitate the Title IX resolution process for complaints involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking.

Kiera Bloore (she/her) is George Washington University's deputy Title IX coordinator. In this role, Kiera manages internal and external investigators who facilitate the Title IX resolution process for complaints involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking. Kiera ensures all Title IX investigations and negotiated resolutions are fair and reliable and that all parties are treated with dignity and respect. Prior to coming to George Washington University, Kiera was a Staff Attorney at the Network for Victim Recovery of D.C. (NVRDC), where she represented D.C. crime victims in criminal cases, civil protection order hearings and Title IX proceedings. Kiera received her undergraduate degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
