APS has simplified purchasing exhibit tables, booths and sponsorships. These can now be completed in one transaction.

• Before purchase, have your credit card ready. For wire transfers, contact Dan Cooke.
• During purchase, please follow instructions to affiliate yourself with your company. If this step is not completed, the purchase will not generate properly.
• After purchase, and once the page is live, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access to the NEW Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). Whitelist events@expo-genie.com to ensure you receive ERC updates.

• One 10x10 Booth ($2,050) - Two full conference passes
• One 10x20 Booth ($4,100) - Four full conference passes
• One 10x30 Booth ($6,150) - Six full conference passes

Non-Member

• One 10x10 Booth ($2,400) - Two full conference passes
• One 10x20 Booth ($4,800) - Four full conference passes
• One 10x30 Booth ($7,200) - Six full conference passes

Disclaimer

As of April 2025, insurance coverage for exhibitor booths is now included in the cost of the booth space. Proof of this coverage will be provided directly by the insurance vendor approximately 3-4 weeks prior to each meeting. Accordingly, individual Exhibitors are no longer required to submit separate proof of insurance to APS.
