The Division of Fluid Dynamics presents this award to young investigators, in recognition of significant contributions to fluid mechanics that have also been published during the previous year in Physical Review Fluids (PRFluids).

This award recognizes outstanding contributions to physics by early-career scientists who publish in Physical Review E (PRE).
