She has over 20 years of experience in STEM education and workforce development, leading initiatives that span K–12, teacher professional development, and early-career pathways in plasma science and fusion energy. She co-founded Plasma NET and serves in a leadership role with the APS Division of Plasma Physics Education & Outreach Committee, advancing collaborative, evidence-based engagement across the plasma and fusion community.
