Elisa Enriquez, CO-OP®, is an ombuds coach, facilitator, and presenter with over 16 years of experience. She is also is an outsourced ombuds for The McCammon Group.
Elisa Enriquez has been an outsourced ombuds for The McCammon Group and an associate ombuds at The National Institutes of Health since 2023. She spent over 12 years as a senior associate ombuds at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where she worked with scientists, interns, postdocs, business professionals, administrative staff, and contractors. She is an experienced group facilitator, mediator, coach, and leadership consultant. Elisa listens to individuals with openness and objectivity, empowering them to explore issues, gain perspective, and navigate problems.
Elisa is a member of the International Ombuds Association (IOA) who often serves as an ombuds mentor and presenter at professional conferences. Elisa has master's degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is the single owner of E. Enriquez Counseling and Coaching, LLC.
