Who is the Thriving Departments Inclusion Series for?
This program is open to physics faculty, staff, and administrators, as well as graduate students and postdocs, physics professionals and practitioners, and anyone interested in strengthening physics communities to be more accessible, welcoming, and collaborative.
Whether you are new to this work or have prior experience, the program offers space to learn practical strategies, reflect on challenges in your own context, explore approaches to sustainable culture and systems change, and apply insights directly to your role or environment.
