APS legal brief supports international students

In October, APS filed a legal brief (PDF) in support of international students studying in the U.S. who had their visas revoked through the termination of their Student and Exchange Visitor Information System records. We were joined in that filing by 12 STEM and related partner organizations, representing more than 300,000 researchers, students, labs, and companies. The case is currently pending.
